[Fixed] Private Decks Still Show Sample Hands

If you set a deck to Private, the URL for showing its sample hand can still be visited. Even though a message pops up saying the deck is private, all the regular data you would see on that page still shows up. Data in the other tabs does not - just in the sample hand page.

I have fixed this issue now! Fixed it on Sample Hand and Draw stats.
