Must be standard, must be competitive.

Still getting back into the standard metagame after a year hiatus, but this is a quick list I threw together.

I tried to keep my list in line with yours:
- No cards that will rotate out at the end of the summer
- budget

However I failed on both accounts :( there are two different cards that will rotate out at the end of the summer, and the land base is anything but budget however you could easily make it budget.
