Sacrafice really?

can you sacrafice a creature that is being destroyed?

example: Corpse Blockade and Savra, Queen of the Golgari. Guy wants to summon a second Savra then use corpse blockades sacrafice ability to take advantage of the other Savra's abilities (i understand the new legendary ruleing doesnt go into effect for another few weeks but bear with me and assume its july).

You could sacrifice the Savra before casting the second one and still benefit from the ability.

You cannot sacrifice Savra when the second one comes into play because one will be put into the graveyard as a state based action before priority is given.
