Infinity Deck Challenge
I'm looking for how many infinity combos you guys can come up with (MUST BE STANDARD) so its probably gonna be an Esper deck, lets see what comes up.

As far as I know, there is no current standard legal infinity combo... I could be wrong, but I would assume that I would've seen it by now, since I do FNM every week.
If you're looking for a non-standard legal deck, I have an infinite combo deck in my profile that I can nominate. Let me know.

I have about 50 different infinite combos in decks, none of them standard legal, and I'm fairly certain I would have found one by now if it existed.

I actually made this for RoughneckBarbarians challenge, but I'll post it here too since it takes two infinite combos, combines them, and creates a new one.

My brother was looking for an infinity combo using esper cards (Esper Sojourners, Sharuum the Hegemon, Master Transmutter, thopter foundry, & time sieve) it needs a lot of cards as well as 10 mana but in quite sure that it works.

Yay!! I found one!! Basically it pumps up Steppe Lynx to over 10/11 and swings easily, especially when it has flying, LOL!
Combo:
- Ruin ghost (Worldwake)
- Tideforce Elemental (Worldwake)
- Steppe Lynx (Zendikar) (better with more than one)
Everytime you use the ghost the land (if its basic) comes back un-tapped. The landfall effects both the Elemental and the Kitty. Untap the ghost with the elemental and do it again. You only need one Island to do it, but the # of Plains you have affects how many times you can use it.By turn four you should be able to swing with a 10/10 kitty. It's nothing much but it's funny becasue you can do it right before the damage step and after they declare blockers. ( I think) if not it's still almost infinite in Standard.

there is a legal infinate combo, but it requires ruin ghost, tideforce elemtal, lotus cobra x2. This will give you infinate mana and landfall ability. Thus you can plug in any landfall effect and end the game.

your bro can use sharuum and glassdust hulk for a infinite combo. Discard or have out a sharuum play sharuum keep bringing them in and out of play forever making a infinite amount of power and toughness unblockable creature

I did consider that card as a potential win condition, but obv. the conditions for repeated looping are too ponderous, since you need to generate 10 mana per turn and have the 5 other unique cards + one arbitrary artifact (or Sharuum itself) in play to initiate the combo.
The best infinite combo that I know of using Thopter Foundry and Time Sieve is the one in Extended, using the one additional card, Sword of the Meek.

Well, infinite mana insofar as generation, but none remains floating. It's moderately fast, although needing two cobras is rather limiting.

Actually, this combo is fairly easy to pull off if you build for it. You need to have a Glassdust Hulk out already and get two Sharuums in your graveyard. Then you cast Open the Vaults. The Sharuums kill each other as state based effects, then their comes into play abilities go on the stack, then they bring each other back, over and over again. The hulk gets +infinity/+infinity while this goes on forever.
This combo top 8'ed some high level event, I think maybe a Pro Tour.

Oh yeah, that is a much simpler one by comparison, although the PT Top 8 deck that you speak of only had 1 Sharuum, so it didn't use this combo: http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/eventcoverage/ptsd10/top8decks

Actually, I like that deck a lot but it's not the one that pulled off the combo.
Also, there is an infinite mana loop in Standard: Training Grounds, Filligree Sages and Khalni Gem. Looked it up yesterday for ya! :)
