New Legendary Rules
With Magic 2014, both myself and my opponent can have the same Legendary creature out on the battlefield at the same time. I got this part.
My Question: Does the TimeCop rule apply? Same matter cannot occupy the same space. If I use my Joven with an enchantment giving a +2/+2 buff and his unbuffed Joven defends, do they both die or does the +2/+2 Joven live? Metaphysically they would both die, but what is the official ruling on this?

They only care about your side of the table. If yours is buffed and his isn't, his will die. They are still different creatures even if they have the same name. His does not get the buff just because he has the same name.
