Depends on the format and matchup... The one hits creatures only but is more efficient and the other can tap other permanents as well. Honestly, I don't think either one is really playable.

Neither of them are really good cards, as Seth and Epsilon said. Assuming it's for the deck in your sig however, I would just put in 2 more Islands instead :/

They both suck, use Hidden Strings .
