living weapons and enchantments
Let's say I have a living weapon that's enchanted with regeneration, then I attach the living weapon to a creature. Does the creature get regeneration, or does the enchantment remain on the germ that the weapon was attached to originally?

Living weapon is just an ability of an equipment. It creates a creature when it comes into play and attaches to it before state based actions are checked. If you play an enchantment on the germ token, it stays on the germ token.

If you've enchanted the Germ token with a Regeneration effect (And you haven't increased its Toughness above 0 by keeping it equipped etc), it won't be Regenerated and will immediately go to the grave and fizzle regardless.
All cards with Living Weapon on them are Equipments and I don't know of anyway to give an Artifact-Equipment the Regenerate ability.

It will stay on the germ if it increases toughness. Otherwise it goes to thhe graveyard due to the germ dying.
