Land Base

M dimir deck that I'm currently working on has 16 1 drops, 15 2 drops, 3 3 drops and 3 5 drops. The question is, I have been play testing for a while now and it seems like I might have to many lands and the deck and I want other peoples opinions on if I should lower the land base from 23 down to 22. I you do comment, please give a reason why you think I should change it.

With such a low curve, you'd be fine on 18-20 lands unless there's a lot of flashback or activated abilities to spend mana on.
