Artifact Glissa tratoir
Cards that involve my question.
Glisa: http://mtgvault.com/card/glissa-the-traitor/MBS/
Ashnod's Transmogrant: http://mtgvault.com/card/ashnods-transmogrant/MED/
Ring of Xathrid: http://mtgvault.com/card/ring-of-xathrid/M13/
I play glissa, I equip her with ring of Xatrid and than make artifact of here with Ashnod. Is she still black/green or does she become colorless?? (and loose the funtion of +1/+1 counters of Ring Xatrhid) ???

Ashnod's modifies the type of the card, it has no impact on the color. She will still be BG.

Like Eps said, the artifact card type has no impact on color, They even printed tons of colored artifacts in Shards block.
I have a question myself though, if Glissa is an artifact and someone sweeps the board (wrath of god) with creatures controlled by your opponent going to the yard, can glissa target herself and can you return her to your hand? I always seem to struggle with board sweeps and triggered abilities.

All creatures are destroyed at the same time and they all see eachother die. Glissa would be able to trigger for each opponent creature but she is not an artifact card and wouldn't be a legal target. If it were worded more like Mimic Vat, it might work as that cares what it is when it goes to the graveyard, not what it is in the graveyard.
