v3 - Update 2

Just a quick one today as I'm super tired.

First, we've added a forgot password page, these things take longert han you'd think! Not very exciting I know but it needed to be done.

Second, we've added a follow button to user profile pages so you can start following people again.

New friend-based features coming soon!
