curse of the bloody tome is not really all that good, i'd recommend some form of defense over it, maybe counterspell, or if you can't find them, or cancel. telemin performance isn't going to really help you much, besides getting you a creature.you won't really need the sea-gate oracle either. if you're running visions you wont need divination. inaction injunction, while it seems good, has no massive contribution to the deck, as all it does is stop a creature for a turn and draw you 1, which you have other cards that can do the same thing (fog bank). i'd also recommend running one copy of elixir of immortality. with all the draw and milling you're doing, it shouldn't take you long to find it and it can be useful if somebody manages to shut you're deck down, or even if you need a bit of extra life.

that's just my input.

I think you should at max use 2 "Psychic Spiral"
Unless you get more stuff to get mana 4 of a card at 5 mana is pushing it imo.
