Deck Challenge: Surrakar Spellblade

Make a Modern Legal deck built around the card Surrakar Spellblade.

Theres a mill combo deck that I've seen around (don't remember the name) that has a card that forces the opponent to mill x amount of cards for as many cards as you draw... seems like a good combo to me.

Thought it might be fun to combo this card with Jace's Erasure and Bloodchief Ascension. I'm not certain that is the best way to go yet, but I think parts of the idea hold merit. Between Artful Dodge and Distortion Strike, you're almost guaranteed to get the counters on BA, and with such a low mana curve you're pretty open to being able to counter things. Definitely needs tweaking, threw this together in about five minutes. Let me know what you think!
