Blue with some help from Red

Hello, I'm using this :manau::manar:deck for Casual-Legacy play,
The point of the deck is to tap creatures to ping constant damage:manar:, and everytime they do deal damage, something beneficial:manau: happens (drawing or creature returning).
I would really appreciate if someone helped me organize the #s of each card. Such as which cards I should have more of, which I should have less of.
And if you have any suggestions for additions that I mislooked please feel free to say so also.
