Need opinion on FNM Esper Control deck

My favorite deck type of all time has always been Esper Control (even if I don't always play it. Usually just watch someone else) so I decided to make my own. But since this is pretty much my first time starting from ground up I know I'm probably missing something but I can't quite place it yet. It would be great if someone can give me an opinion about my deck. It would help me out a lot since I plan to take this deck to FNM tournament soon.
