Red/White Graveyard Deck, Help me!

Ive put this deck together and have been enjoying it greatly, Ive been constantly changing it and making it better but it feels like it can still get even better...
Ive never used Seance in the deck and bonds of faith seems kind of weak, but I dont know what to replace them with, please help me out :)

I tried this kind of deck, love the angel of glory, but you have got to put zealous conscripts in. Angel out, all humans back, take over their creatures and attack. Stick in a quick cloudshift, and you can either make them work again, or cheekily keep whatever creature you took over with conscripts.

I did have 2 Tibalts, to just keep the cards rolling into the graveyard. and try and deflect some of the early attention.
