Artifact Challenge

Ok, the challenge is to create a legacy-legal deck that uses and abuses Thran Turbine. Turbine should be a large part of the deck, so try to include at least 3 copies. Cumulative upkeep costs maybe?

This is a control deck designed around making use of the mana from the turbines as often as possible by cycling, suspending or using the mana to pay upkeep costs of pacts or proliferate poison or fade counters.
