Deck Challenge: Casual

This challenge is simple: Submit a casual deck!!!
You may post as many as you like and I will try to comment something constructive. If I don't, chances are that I couldn't think of anything constructive to say or that I'm in deep thought about what to comment.
Power-level wise, they must be able to be played in multiplayer and 1v1. Try to keep them budgeted, but it is not required.

Nova Chaser Blitz:

The reason why it's so important to give Nova Chaser haste are twofold: One, it makes the deck faster. Two, when Nova Chaser enters the battlefield it immediately becomes the center of attention and players will do everything to stop it. Get it out early and with haste and the chances of it being stopped decrease significantly.
