Getting back into FNM

I'm getting back into FNM and before I was playing a Esper flicker deck. I really like playing control and also humans. This is a deck that I built to start out with(on a budget so cant really get any snaps or some other cards I need) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=397442

What are some decent control decks to build on a budget? or even Izzet or Azorius aggro
