What do you guys think about this deck?

Built it, seems to be doing pretty well. Is there any glaring problems with it or other ways which it can be improved?

The main driving force in my deck is to generate as many humans tokens (or creatures in general) as possible, and increase their power through cathar's crusade and goldnight commander. This deck has been known to create ten+ 15/15+ creatures when things go right. Was thinking about dropping an equipment and getting another Ajani in there.

I think its fine and nothing needs to be changed at the moment.
