Competitive Budget Decks

Given that pretty much everyone's playing the exact same (albeit expensive) cards and colors in meta, I'm trying to work out a good yet inexpensive deck. The normal thing for inexpensive is usually RDW (which I usually run) but I'm looking for something different. Here are the rules:

-Deck must be standard legal
-Maindeck must be reasonably priced (~$50-$80)
-Deck can be in any combination of Red, Black, Blue or Green
--(a.k.a. just don't go anywhere near white.. I really hate white right now..)

This is a pretty cheap budget combo deck. Plays defensive early with ramp, defenders and counters. Then goes infinite and can kill with multiple options.

I haven't played it yet to see if it is actually competitive and I'm sure there are some changes that could make it more expensive and reliable but it should be decent.

Uses great synergy of Delver of Secrets and Guttersnipe to let your spells keep the board clear and do damage. The rare's in here are just cards I've picked up through boxes and packs as good finishers, and they can be replaced by many other cards.

The top deck is pretty fun, but the bottom is my pet deck. It costs around thirty bucks and catches people off guard very easily.
