Deck Challenge: Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord

Ok so I was recently looking at the Return to Ravnica spoiler and I came across the Golgari legendary, Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. I instantly loved it and thought he would be a great EDH Commander. So my challenge to you is to make an EDH with him as the Commander and abusing him to its fullest extent. because MTG Vault hasn't uploaded and Return to Ravnica yet, here is link so you can see what Jarad does

Any Return to Ravnica cards you decide to use just put into the deck description instead of the deck list.
