Need help with my decks

Hello i am somewhat new to magic ( been playing for little over a month now) and i have made a few what i like to think okay decks but i was wondering if you guys could help me improve on my decks and make them better. Any help at all would be beneficial. Wether its add cards or remove cards or both.
