About a year now. I started in Innistrad.

i have played for about a year and a half i started in new phyrexia.

I've been playing since M12 came out...my fiance taught me how to play, and now I've got 2 decks on the upcoming page :D if it's not there, here is a link to one of them!

Around 7th edition, but I went on a sabbatical for a few years later on.

I've been playing since about 2000, like 10 or 12 years =p

Although I stopped playing around the darksteel area (I'm fairly certain at least) and then started up again at zendikar and worldwake =]

I started playing around 4th Edition, played until Masques Block ended, took about 12 years off, then picked up again a couple of months ago right before M13 came out.

I started around Ice Age, stopped after the Masques block.

Started again at Champions and stopped again very fast.

Started back up about a year and still going strong. I really REALLY miss my 1st collection... re-buying those cards super sucks and I will never be able to afford what I sold... bah...

Back in the day I bought a players set of duals for $100! Crazy huh

A set for $100? I remember buying a set of Windswept Heath for $45! I got Underground Sea for Like $70 (full set)! It's crazy how cards jump in price after a while. Maybe we'll wise up and start actually collecting for the investment, eh?

I've been exposed to the game since I was about five or six. I started playing competitive when Kamigawa block came. Time of need deck, how I miss you.


I took a break until Lorwyn right after Saviors came out.

I started either right before Mirrodin was released or right after. I stopped around Time Spiral then started again during Eldrazi. I missed out on my Tarmogoyf's. :(

I started with Alpha. My parents got it as a fun way to teach me how to read (yes MtG is mostly how I learned to read). I'm 23 and a half years old now...you do the math =]

Casual since zendikar, standard since avacyn restored.

As I can remember one and a half years.. Rarely find some time for that now..

I started playing when Ravnica came out, so 8 years now.

Since I was 5, so 11 years. Took a break around Kamigawa though, came back in Zendikar.

Well, I started playing around 1994, 4th Edition was the base set and Ice Age was just being released and what a revelation this games was, I took 8 years off and sold my cards but started playing again 2 years ago.

I have been playing for 1 and half years..

Alara block, though my first cards were time spiral, no idea why i stuck with it...

Cryptic cephlapid took like like a year to work out....

The set out when I started was Unlimited. I played through Visions and stopped for a while. Jumped back in for a few years during the Urza block, then away for a few , started again about a year and a half ago.

Not long enough to be any better!
