Mono Blue Self-Mill (Graveyard/Exile) Cycle Type

Hey guys!

I am just getting back to playing MTG again and I would a feedback from you guys. This basically is a deck that self-mills and at the same time recycles those creatures from the graveyard and the exile pile to buy some time from self-milling, or it could also be an advantage to deal huge damage from the air or land.

Suggestions and constructive criticisms are very much welcome!
