New Artifact/tap/untap deck, 3-color, asking for advice

Hello,

I'm a bit new at magic, i've been playing it for 2 months now.
I am trying to make a new deck focussing on artifacts and tap abilities.
Can you guys help me by giving me advice on my deck ??

Also the cards in my Sideboard are cards I'll have around next week.
Can you guys help me by telling me for which cards I should swap those ? =o
