Deck Challenge: Mimeoplasm EDH

I recently found a Legendary creature that I wanted to build an EDH deck around...THE MIMEOPLASM!!! The Mimeoplasm just has an awesome flavor to him. So I wanted to build around that. Copying spells/Oddball combos. Whatever flavor you believe he has to him, please add it in.

My challenge: Build an EDH Deck using The Mimeoplasm as your Commander.
