Asceticism ?

Yesterday i was playing my cousin and he put down is Asceticism and i had horde of boggart and Urabrask the Hidden. He think that my cause that those card loose there ability but i say that they still work cause they dont target cards. Who is right?

Neither Horde of Boggart's abilities, nor Urabrask's, target. Asceticism gives hexproof to his creature (which prevents abilities and spells his opponents control from being able to target his creatures). It doesn't do anything to Urabrask's abilities, nor Horde's as neither target
