Baleful Strix isn't in the MTGvault database for whatever reason.

Actually, I'm pretty sure it's everything from Planechase 2012 that's missing >.<

And you would be right :P

When we launch V3, one of the main objectives is to get EVERYTHING. I know there;s a few sets we are missing also, such as Masters II etc.

I can easily get the data from Gatherer, but making the site work is the first port of call :D
