Deck Challange: Phthisis

I know its a rather old card and not considered useful, but i though if if played right, it may just be quite a sting to any opponent.

The Challange is:

Make a deck that ABUSES Phthisis. It should not be one of many cards in the deck, but the deck should be built with Phthisis in its midst!

A deck i currently use and has this card in as an additional i do also sideboard eternal dominion just for giggles.
