i would go for more reliable carddrawing besides/instead of curiosity... and up the lands to atleast 22 (maybe 24) due to the amount of higher manacost creatures/walkers in your deck.. also might look at some sort of recurring effect for the cards you throw out with lilliana...

like: -4 curiosity +4 think twice
-2 tormented soul -1 disperse +2 island +1 nephalia drownyard

Here is a deck that I constructed that has some infect as a secondary goal/theme. I would think about using some pumps on the Agents (Predator's Gambit or Dark Favor). I like Inkmoth Nexus (or the Agent), as well, with Mutagenic Growth (pay 2 life). Even though its :manag: it is still a 2nd turn 3 poison counter sting. Add that to Agent and there's another. Would also insist on using either Ponder or Index or both for getting your cards when you need them. This is just my two cents on an already promising deck.
