Working on White/Green Weenie

Hi there !

I'm actually playing a white/green weenie deck, focusing on small creatures to stack Quest for the Holy Relic and getting on Argentum Armor. Pretty simple deck.

Before my question, i'd just like to show the deck in particular.

Creatures (26)

4x Birds of Paradise
4x Fauna Shaman
4x Squadron Hawk
3x Blade Splicer
3x Kor Skyfisher
3x Vengevine
3x Signal Pest
2x Hero of Bladehold

Spells (4)

4x Swords to Plowshares

Enchantment (6)

4x Quest for the Holy Relic
2x Oblivion Ring

Artefact (3)

2x Argentum Armor
1x Sword of War and Peace

Lands (21)

7x Plains
6x Forest
4x Stirring Wildwood
4x Sunpetal Grove

The thing i was wondering about, is if Signal Pest's battle cry was really worth it. Maybe to add some "Higher Blockers" i would try to remplace the three Signal Pest by Savannah Lions. The fact that it isn't an artefact makes it harder to put on the battlefield in certain situations, but well, that's something i'd maybe try.

If you have any opinions about this change, please tell me.

See you around !

- I'd play Ranger of Eos if I was playing vengevine, hell of a way to fetch 2 dudes and activate a dead vengevine.

- I'm not a big fan of Fauna Shaman, it's slow. Green Sun's Zenith and Birthing Pod both are better tutors. As a singleton Fauna Shaman is ok I think but as a playset it's just running a set of bears that slow you down. Besides you're not even toolboxing it.

- Signal Pest is good if you have a lot of creatures on the board real fast like affinity or token decks. In a normal creature deck it doesn't seem that good.

- Noble Hierarch is better then Birds of Paradise
- Qasali Pridemage is a hell of a creature that you're not running

- Loam Lion seems better then savannah lion most of the time
- Mother of Runes is something to concider

Alright, thanks for you help !

Just wondering, maybe Loam Lion wouldn't be that effective just because i'm not playing Savannah, but i understand the point about this card.

What you proposed is effective, thank you !
