Deck Challenge: EDH Bleed

Make an EDH Bleed Deck (Example: Target player loses 2 life you gain 2 life) for those who didn't get the term anyway yea build a bleed edh. it would be interesting to see a ghost council edh but i'm not sure how effective he is as a general. i'm just not seeing him as viable at this point but bonus points if you can build a viable ghost council bleed edh so yea
