M13 Standard, Mono blue.

Building a deck for when m12/Mirrordin block phase out in October.

The deck starts by being an Agressive mill deck with a focus around "Undead Alchemist", "Skaab Ruinator" and the Equips.

It also has a very aggressive back up strat should you go up against another Mill or mill mechanic; "Laboratory Maniac" & swap to self mill.
