Is skullclamp banned or restricted in all formats
Didn't know if skullclamp could be used in legacy, edh, or ect... Is it restricted or banned in any format?

Banned in Legacy (which is dumb), modern, etc. But it's legal in Vintage and EDH.

Huh, i would have thought it would be at the most restricted in legacy, that's unfortunate. But at least i can keep it in my edh deck, thanks!

that's because there are no restricted cards in legacy, only vintage has restricted cards. In legacy it's all or nothing.

No it's not, it would destroy legacy as a format, it's powerlevel is trough the roof. The only reason it's not a problem in vintage is because vintage is not a creature dominated format.
In my opinion it should be banned in EDH, either that or they should unban Library of Alexandria which sits at an equal or maybe even lesser powerlevel as it is harder to make Library work then it is to make skullclamp work.

Hey chew below are a couple of links for looking up card legality if you needed them. Also, if you have a question on how the card is used, magiccards.info sometimes shows you previous card rulings in tournaments for that card.
