Deck Challenge: Leveler

It's been a while since a posted a deck challenge so here is a new one: build a deck around Leveler! Here are the restrictions.

1. No using Torpor Orb or Stifle. That's too easy! It's called a deck CHALLENGE.
2. No cards on the Vintage Restricted List.

I had this one sitting around. Its a budget deck, so it isn't the best by far but it does the trick from time to time.

Leveler is the name of a card... But that's a pretty cool deck you got there too :) Maybe you could use a few Student of Warfare.
