Need Help with Vamp Deck

Any comments or suggestions are welcome on the deck page. Need sideboard cards too.

I only want Innistrad block cards in this so it remains standard for one more year at least.

If you really dont want to use cards that are rotating in October swap Go for the Throat for Murder when M13 is released and Arc Trail for Bonfire of the Damned.
Swap Child of Night for a full set of Blood Artists, add another Falkenrath Exterminator.
Use Cavern of Souls for Blackcleave Cliffs.

As far as your sideboard, i would need to know what you expect to be playing against at your local meta (FNM, or just casual play with friends etc, etc). All i can recommend is some generic stuff such as Smelt (artifact hate), Human Frailty (cheaper removal if your opponent is using humans), Tribute to Hunger (non-targeted removal).
