Deck Challenge: New Standard

Well...M13 is all spoiled and so far, I've been having trouble making multiple new decks. The only deck that I could come up with that I know will do somewhat well is a mono-green stompy-ish deck. This is where you come in. Using the available spoilers, please make a new deck that is not currently played in my area.
List of currently played decks in my area's standard:
Pod
R/G aggro
Delver
Frites
Zombies
Miracle
Various forms of Control

As an added challenge, keep the deck below 75$ US

Odric seems like an odd SB choice since he is not so good with so much exalted around him. Also, Day of Judgment seems like a better choice than Planar Cleansing, since it doesn't rotate until RtR. I too cannot wait until M13 comes out.
