Deck Challenge: Reverse

Instead of me challenging you to make a deck, how about you challenge me?

A few things to bear in mind:
1) I've taken a liking to Modern lately
2) I've got a habit of "building on a budget", even unintentionally.
This may affect the results of any deck you challenge me to design :p
