Deck Challenge:Budget U/W control

Can you guys make me a U/W control (standard) on a little bit of a budget?

Here's somethin towards your request. Loved the deck and built off it to make it better. Cause like you had to start cheap but wanted something good. Just started acquiring all the good stuff over time. This is a great start for you I think.
