GW Aggro Deck Critique

Hey everyone. I just started getting back into Magic and this is the current deck I'm playing for Standard at my local events:

It seems to run decent and so far the only real weakness I see is the plain ol' mana screw. I don't really know what would be a good sideboard for it so please let me know your thoughts and what improvements I can make. :) Thanks.
