Deck Challenge: INSM Blue/White control challenge

Rules of engagement:
Deck must not exceed the price of 50$ (Mid range price) by much.
Must be Vintage legal
Must be Blue/White control
Must be a strong competitive deck

Winner's deck will be featured in my new MTG show Insurrection Magic on youtube (Channel: XBlackhartmphwcX) and will recive full credit. It'll help with getting my show off the ground and you'll get the full credit and attract attention to yourself from the video.

This is a pretty rough challenge with that 50 dollar(ish) limit. I ended up 2.64 cents over, and I doubt this deck is more than mediocre, at best.

I'm not limiting it to 50$ exactly just dont go like 70 or something. The show is supposed to be for new players (most likely not gonna want to sink a fortune into a deck first thing) and those who are on a tight budget. I'm gonna wait a few days to see what people come up with before i decide.
