Deck Challenge: Legacy UG Tempo

Make a UG Tempo deck for legacy that can compete in a metagame of DreamHalls/Conflux, Maverick, various Delver decks, Affinity, and Metalworker Stax.

The only thing I would like to see in the deck is Vengevine, but even that is not a necessity. Price is not an issue. Feel free to splash other colors if you think is needed.
