Flying Flicker Deck (Standard U/W)

Hi, all!

Working on a standard Blue/White control deck utilizing mostly flying creatures and the Avacyn flicker ability. I am new to deck building and was hoping some of you gurus might be willing to take a look at it and give me any constructive feedback that may help my deck!
