Deck Challenge: Vexing, isn't it?

Your challenge is to make a :manau:/:manar: deck with 4 copies of both Vexing Devil and Postmortem Lunge. You may add any other colors if you wish.

P.S.- Please make it standard and I would like it budgeted (-50$) if possible. Minus out the cost of Vexing Devil if making a budget version.

Edit 2- You only need 2 Postmortem Lunge now.

I made the deck thogh it costs 100 without the vexing devils, but it's just because the snapcasters and the dual lands

I quickly whipped it up so I'm not sure how it plays. It seems to be okay for a budget deck.
