Deck Challenge: Lotus Cobra

Hey everybody,

I want to build a landfall deck based around Lotus Cobra, that ramps in absurd ways. No restrictions as it is for casual play. Being the deck for casual play, it would be cool if the deck was relatively cheap ( I have fetches and shocklands, etc. Please no legacy stuff, like Beta lands or Beta duals. Those make my pockets feel empty :()

I am leaving 2 to 3 slots open to add cards of your liking and some tweaking. this abuses the lotus cobra/tideforce elemental/ruin ghost combo. Hope you find it to your liking!
would love any imput on any of my sexy decks.
