So, my buddy came over yesterday. He only had one deck with him, so I played against it for about 3 hours, with very little success. He's running a G/W Human deck that is CRAZY fast. He's using Wolfbitten Captives for early harassment, Scorned Villagers for mana generation, Harrows for land he needs, Gather the Townsfolks, Thraben Doomsayers and 4 Increasing Devotions for lots of token creatures, and Mayors to boost them to annoying levels. Add in some Thalias and Amrageddons to slow down opponents. Pacifisms to take out big guns. He's looking to add Grand Abolishers to lockdown. Spellskites to annoy. He also runs Ghitaxian Probes and takes the life hit to monitor my hand, and generate card turnover. It is an annoyingly good deck. I had a few different decks prepared, and none fared very well against him (although, granted, most of my decks are meant to be fun, or are still in the "testing" phase). My aggro werewolf deck stayed close to him, especially when Full Moon's Rise + my Immerwolves meant no more boosting from the Mayors. My zombie horde failed miserably. My Elf deck fought him to a standstill, with an Overrun saving me (I managed to get out my Elvish Archdruid and Champion early, to boost all my little elves to heep him honest, and a Presence of Gond meant I made enough tokens to keep him defensive until my Overrun swamped him). My B/G infect deck worked awesome early, but midgame he stomped me. 5 games, 4 of them he won with 9 poison counters against him I just couldn't close him out. The rest of the decks didn't do very good at all.

I want a deck to shut him down totally. In my head, I am thinking B/G/U. Blue for control and library speed, green for mana turnover and small creatures, black for zombies and APOCALYPSE. I'm thinking control to stop the tokens, and bounce the annoying creatures to set up to counter, green to get big mana ASAP, black to set up for ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE. All my creatures are 1 mana, and most are zombies, to set up for the Apocalypse. I am also thining of grabbing some more Memoricides to mess with him. I don't want a versatile deck, I want a deck that will crush him, that could also maybe be somewhat effective (obviously, the Apocalypse would be subbed out in those situations).
