Wow i took a look at your post and i feel like I am having Deja Vu from earlier in the week. Not only does it seem we play similar colors and are building to the same end result of discard, but looking at your deck I'm wondering if you got too much going on for one deck. You might get some ideas from my post earlier this week.

If your like me and are a lazy stoner, let me continue... As i said above i think you need to focus more on one thing in the deck. Either move it towards all discard, and forget about the drawing or vice versa. With that being said you could remove cards like Browbeat, Underworld Dreams, and Burning Inquiry. Pillage I'm not sure why its in the deck to begin with as in my eyes it doesn't go with either of the themes your aiming for. Could you explain why you decided to go with this? If your looking at some other ideas on cards you could either add to a discard deck or if you wanted to go a completely different direction with a B/R theme i provided some links to some decks im currently playing. Finally something else you could take a look at is either replacing or adding Damnation for Spreading Plague or Breaking Point
