Deck Challenge: Mono Black Rogues

I've recently been modifying my lesser used decks and been designing somewhat 'odd' decks (I've not posted most of them). One idea got me thinking, what is the best Mono Black Tribal Rogue deck that can be made in Modern. This brings me to my challenge: Make a Mono Black Rogue deck that is Modern legal.


Rules:
1) Have fun
2) Must be mono black and rogue tribal
3) Must be Modern legal

It's a first draft. I'd like to add blue for draw spells, Faeries, and Spell Snare, but I kept it Black.
