It's not bad, but it could use some work. You have plenty of creatures, but I would suggest removing the singles and adding in more sets. For example, you have only one Cemetery Reaper, Suture Ghoul, and Unbreathing Horde. I say remove those and add in more sets. Cemetery Reapers are good, but you would want at least 3 for it to be very effective. Same deal with the Captains, only one is just a waste. I think your mana curve is a bit off also, so I would suggest removing a few of the higher costs cards, or at least sideboarding them.

One last thing, I wouldn't suggest using Havengul Runebinders. Removing creatures from your own graveyard would be a bit of a disadvantage to you if you plan on returning them to battle via Zombie Apocalypse or Ghoulraiser. Cemetery Reaper's ability is similar, but it allows you to select from either graveyard, but with the expense of the +1/+1 on each other zombie.
