Splinterfright/Mind Unbound

If Splinterfright and Mind Unbound are both in play, do they resolve in a particular order? Or is it player's choice?

when a player controls multiple effects that trigger at the same time, they decide in which order to put them on the stack...and therefor which order they will resolve in
